The hand painted murals that adorn the walls make this ballroom one of understated beauty. The Alberta Ballroom is ideal for 160 guests at round tables of 8. The ballroom features natural light, as well as a large foyer with sufficient room for a registration desk directly outside of the space.

Located on the Penthouse Level, the Canadian Pacific Boardroom offers exclusivity and privacy.  This state-of-the-art corporate space features a custom-designed 25-foot executive boardroom table for 20, ergonomic armchairs, and fully integrated audio visual capabilities.

Bright, and spacious this 12 person boardroom is ideal for executive meetings and team strategy sessions,  designed for productivity and professional collaboration.

Designed for smaller meetings, the Maple Room features a permanent boardroom table and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests making it perfect for executive meetings, strategy sessions, or private planning discussions. 

The Birch Room comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests in a boardroom setup or 24 guests with round tables. Filled with natural light, it provides a bright and welcoming space ideal for meetings, workshops, or private events.

Warm colours and hanging chandeliers add to the charm of this room that can accommodate up to 48 guests in crescent rounds or 60 guests in a U-shape setup.

Our largest space, the Crystal Ballroom is adorned with thirteen crystal chandeliers that sparkle from the ornately gilded ceiling, accentuated in gold and blue. The stately marble columns and distinctive architectural details of the Crystal Ballroom foyer provide an elegant welcome to your guests.

The Aspen Room’s versatile layout makes it one of our most adaptable spaces, easily accommodating a wide range of meeting or event setups. It comfortably hosts up to 60 guests with round tables seating 8 each.

This unique space is perfect for small social gatherings or board meetings. The space has a great deal of natural light and is wrapped in classic heritage. This space accommodates up to 24 guests in round tables seating 8 guests each.
