    Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth is proud to host the North American qualifying rounds of the World Oeufs en Meurette Championship, a gastronomic competition dedicated to this iconic Burgundian dish. The world final will take place this October in France.   The event is held under the guidance of our very own Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin, Chef at Rosélys and 2025 Oeufs en Meurette World Champion, who claimed the title at last year’s global final.

    On May 22, Rosélys is pleased to welcome two-Michelin-starred chef Chele Gonzalez for an exclusive gastronomic evening.   For the occasion, our chef Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin will host this exceptional guest, who will take over the kitchen for a five-course tasting menu, inspired by the culinary universe of his two Michelin-starred restaurants in the Philippines: Gallery by Chele and Asador Alfonso.   Each dish showcases a contemporary, expressive, and refined cuisine, where international influences meet masterful techniques and exceptional ingredients.   To elevate the experience, wine pairings are available at an additional cost: – Discovery pairing – Premium pairing
