Celebrate the Season

Gather around the table this Christmas Eve at ARC for a four-course feast made for celebrating. Inspired by our love of land and sea, the evening begins with warm pull-apart rolls and a choice of bisque before moving into festive favourites and indulgent seasonal dishes. Choose from Rossdown Turkey Dinner with all the trimmings, Slow Cooked Short Rib, Lobster Agnolotti Crown or a Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Pithivier, before finishing with our decadent Mont Blanc Yule Log. Come hungry, get cozy and make Christmas Eve one to savour.

This festive season, ARC invites Vancouver’s local businesses, office teams, and smaller workplace groups to trade the traditional holiday party for a more personal and interactive celebration. Every Wednesday starting November 25th through December 23rd, groups can gather around the table for a generous family style festive feast, centered around a whole roasted turkey presented on a carving board.    Each table selects one guest to become the evening’s Designated Turkey Carver. Outfitted with a chef hat and apron, the honorary chef is presented with the turkey and carving knife before making the ceremonial first carve for the table. The experience is playful, social, and designed to create the kind of holiday party photograph and story that guests will continue sharing long after dinner.

Celebrate the Festive season at ARC with a festive edition of our signature Bottomless Brunch, created by Executive Chef Harris Sakalis.   Settle in for an abundant holiday feast featuring dishes such as turkey croque madame, lobster mac and cheese, and banana bread french toast, served alongside a collection of seasonal favourites designed for sharing, celebrating, and returning to again and again.   This season, the experience becomes even sweeter with the debut of our festive dessert room. Step inside ARC’s private dining room and discover a decadent world of handcrafted pastries, nostalgic Christmas confections, flowing chocolate, and irresistible treats created especially for the occasion.

The presents may be opened, but the celebrations aren’t over. Join us at ARC this Boxing Day weekend for a festive edition of our signature Bottomless Brunch, featuring an abundant selection of sweet and savoury favourites, from Turkey Croque Madame and Short Rib Benedict to Lobster Mac and Cheese, Chicken & Waffles and Banana Bread French Toast. Then, make your way to our festive dessert room, where handcrafted pastries, nostalgic holiday confections, flowing chocolate and plenty of sweet surprises await. Gather your favourite people, come hungry and keep the holiday spirit going in true ARC Bottomless Brunch style.  

This New Year’s Eve, let’s toast to the most at ARC! Kick off the night with a fabulous 4-course early seating featuring indulgent dishes. Begin with Hokkaido Scallop Crudo before moving into dishes like Foie Gras Parfait, Canadian Prime Tenderloin & Lobster, and Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Pithivier. Finish on a sweet note with our show-stopping Eve Chocolate Ball, served with spiced hot chocolate ganache. It’s the ultimate way to ring in the new year, cheers to an unforgettable night!
