The restaurant Horizon welcomes you everyday for breakfast and from Monday to Saturday for lunch for an exclusive moment between sky & sea until November 18th, 2019!

This restaurant is a 7th heaven with a 360° view over the Principality's legendary Opera House, Prince's Palace, and Casino - against a backdrop of the Riviera and the azure splendour of the Mediterranean.

At lunchtime, our Executive Chef Didier Aniès, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and his team, reinterpret the formula «Market 45»: from Monday to Saturday, he skillfully uses the products that this our region offers him during all year, proposing a buffet served at the table composed by small and delicate appetizers and a soup of the day, a choice of meat or fish, and to finish an assortment of delicacies. Water and coffee are also included for 45€ per person. 

For those who might want to discover our À la Carte Menu, Chef Didier Aniès and his team tempt you with surprising et delightful creations.  

For a perfect dinner, savor the delicious seafood created and elaborated by the Executive Chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Didier Aniès and his team facing the most beautiful view of the sea.

Hours of Operation

Until November 17th, 2019, the restaurant Horizon is open as follow: 

  • Everyday from 6.30am to 11am for breakfast
  • From Monday to Saturday, from noon to 3pm for lunch

Please Note

Kids Policy: at all Fairmont hotels, children aged 5 and under eat free from the kid’s menu while children aged 6-11 eat for half price from the regular menu. This Policy is not applicable for regular menu taken from the In-Room Dining, at Nobu restaurant and at Nikki Beach.
