Please note that as a safety precaution, our massage therapists are only permitted to massage expectant mothers past their first trimester (due to increased risk of miscarriage within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.) Expectant mothers within their first trimester may receive a Salon Manicure, Salon Pedicure, Pineapple and Passion Flower Facial, or a Customized New You Facial. Expectant mothers past their first trimester may receive an Expectant Mothers Massage in addition to any of the services listed above.

Our Spa Facilities

Spa Facility Use
The Health Club & Spa facilities are available for spa guests to utilize the day of their session and to hotel guests during their stay at no additional charge. Spa facilities include complimentary coffee, tea, flavor infused water, tranquility spaces and an advanced Precor® fitness center outfitted with men’s and women’s locker rooms featuring dry cedar saunas, eucalyptus steam rooms, personal lockers, and private showers. Without a scheduled session, local guests may enjoy the facility for an access fee of $39 per day or enroll in one of our many memberships options built around an active lifestyle; based on availability.

Reservations & Policies
For maximum convenience and flexibility, we recommend that you schedule your spa sessions in advance to ensure that your preferred spa experience is available. To make a reservation or inquire about availability, please call us directly at 412-773-8882. We look forward to serving you with courtesy and professionalism.

Cancellations
Because we reserve your spa sessions especially for you , we ask that if you must reschedule or cancel any appointments that you notify the Health Club and Spa directly at least 24 hours in advance. Any missed appointments and cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a 100% service charge.

Arrival and Etiquette
We invite you take advantage of all our spa has to offer the entire day of your session, but do recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us sufficient time to help familiarize you with the facilities and allows extra time to unwind in our eucalyptus steam room and dry cedar sauna before your treatment begins. In an effort to ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals will end at the scheduled time.

Health Matters
To ensure our dedicated therapists can better customize your experience, you will be asked to complete a medical history form upon arrival. Please inform us of any health conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, or allergies at the time of booking so we may better anticipate your needs prior to arrival.

Spa Attire
Complimentary robes, sandals, and locker to store personal belongings are provided to all spa guests after check-in. While many of our guests prefer to fully undress for their treatments, guests may opt to wear undergarments and dress down to their comfort level. Please note that our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping designed to ensure modesty and comfort throughout the treatment.

Spa Environment
For your privacy and to preserve our serene environment, phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in our designated tranquility spaces. If you wish to receive messages during your time with us, please let one of our staff members know and we would be happy to assist in this coordination.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of services, but are greatly appreciated by service providers and their support staff.

Health Club and Locker Rooms:
8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
