Arnaud Marchand

Arnaud Marchand is a chef, columnist and speaker who became a familiar name on the culinary scene in 2010 when he participated on the show Les Chefs. It is during this show that he met Jean-Luc Boulay, with whom he would open 2 years later the restaurant Chez Boulay-bistro boreal in Quebec City.   In 2015, he created his very own range of boreal products which he calls MQparAM. Promoting local products is important for Arnaud who is also an ambassador for Aliments Québec. Arnaud Marchand receives in 2015 and 2016, the Chef of the Year Award from the Quebec Society of Chefs, Cooks and Pastry Makers. He also received in 2016, the award Inspire placing him amongst the top 20 young entrepreneurs of Quebec.
