Baptiste Peupion

Baptiste Peupion arrives in Quebec in 2013 from France to join Fairmont Le Château Frontenac where, as the Executive Chef and Culinary Director, he leads the transformation of the hotel’s outlets. In 2016, he joins Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth and reopens the hotel after major renovations and yet, another complete transformation of the hotel’s food and beverage offer. Before arriving in Quebec, Baptiste worked in several restaurants in France including the Louis XV, restaurant of the Hotel de Paris de Monaco. Baptiste receives in 2015 the title of Master Chef of France, a mention that only 570 chefs in the world have received. Quebec producers are of great importance to Baptiste and he is proud to use their products in his creations. Simple and tasty dishes are what to expect from this highly renowned chef.
