Francis Wolf

A native of the Eastern Townships, Francis Wolf uses ingredients from local producers in his everyday unique and authentic creations. In addition to his 15 years of experience at Le Hatley, restaurant of the Manoir Hovey, Relais & Château property, Francis enhances his skills with prestigious chefs such as Daniel Boulud and Charlie Palmer. In 2017, Francis produces his first gastronomic guide for the province of Quebec, obtains the nomination of Young Talent of the Year and receives the highest rate given for a hotel restaurant.  Francis also creates and participates in culinary events with guest chefs in several other renowned Relais & Chateau properties.
