Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu's signature culinary event: Le Gala des Grands Chefs - 19th edition

120 Years of Feasting

On November 15 and 16, foodies from Quebec and beyond will gather at Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu for the 19th edition of the Gala des Grands Chefs. This year marks a very special edition with the Manoir celebrating its 120th anniversary and as many years of feasting.

Our signature event will also be partnering for the first time with the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, alongside singer Lulu Hughes. 

Starting Friday night, join us for Le Grand Marché, a cocktail reception where the reunion of local producers and our creative kitchen brigade gives way to epicurean experiences like no other. On Saturday, workshops are on the menu for those who’s appetite for learning bears no limit. Then, the evening begins with a pre-dinner cocktail followed by a grand gala dinner featuring a gastronomic menu inspired and elaborated by our Culinary Director Sylvain Cuerrier and his invited chefs. Everyone will meet again on Sunday morning for a sumptuous brunch before heading back home after a weekend filled with flavors and one of a kind experiences.
