Vianney Godbout et Alexandre St-Amant Tremblay

Vianney Godbout had long dreamed of having his own restaurant.  In September 2016, his dream becomes reality when he opens La Chasse-Galerie with his two partners. Since then, he proudly orchestrates the dining room, participates in the elaboration of the wine menu and walks from table to table to ensure his guests’ satisfaction. Behind the scenes, in the kitchen, chef Alexandre St-Amant Tremblay prepares a tasty and gourmet cuisine presented in an original and creative tasting menu. Here, the love and respect for local products is equally reflected in the dish creation and presentation.
