Bonded babysitters are available. It is recommended that you make your reservation 48 hours ahead of time. The price for one or two children is $20 CAD/hour with a three-hour minimum charge. Additional costs will apply for three or more children. Reservations may be made through the Concierge Desk at (514) 861-3511 ext. 2288. For cancellations, please contact the concierge desk directly; a charge of three hours will apply for any same day cancellation.
**During mealtimes, guest to provide a meal for the babysitter**
A $20 taxi fare for the babysitter will be applied after 11:00 p.m.
Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth Hotel will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred during your absence.
Bell staff is available at all entrances of the hotel and in the Main Lobby. They provide services such as luggage storage and porterage 24-hours a day. You can also reach the bell staff directly from the train station.

Elevators are located right next to the Front Desk. For guests staying on the Fairmont Gold floors, a private panoramic elevator will bring you to the 19th floor while you enjoy a spectacular view of the city.
Account balance verification and express video check-out can be done through the television.
There are gift shops located on the lobby level including the Fairmont Boutique. The hotel is also connected to Place Ville Marie, an underground shopping area with over 60 stores including a vast food court.
Available 24-hours a day, the Housekeeping department can provide extra pillows, towels, humidifier, European adapters and more.
Same day or 24-hour laundry services are available.

Sustainable Car Travel
The Fairmont properties in the Québec province have installed electric vehicle charging stations in partnership with Hydro-Québec’s Electric Circuit. Electric vehicle users can now drive worry-free, knowing that a public network of charging stations is available to meet their needs. Our charging station is located in the indoor parking.

Pets are permitted in the hotel. A charge of $25 CAD per pet per day will apply. The animal must be kept in a kennel at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and are exempt of charges and restrictions. Pet amenities are available upon request.
