Executive Chef Dana Hauser's seasonal menus are inspired by the bounty of the Pacific Ocean, hand-picked herbs from our terrace garden, honey from our rooftop apiary and the freshest local, sustainable ingredients we can find. Time is always of the essence in our fast paced world. We invite you to "dine and dash" at Herons West Coast Kitchen + Bar. Our Dine + Dash option is not only designed to get you in and back out there within 30 minutes, it will dazzle your taste buds along the way. Choose from a delectable range of mouth watering sandwiches and accompaniments and then take 10 minutes to enjoy, savour the flavour and the view… now get back to it!

Herons West Coast Kitchen features a Kids Only Menu.
At all Fairmont hotels, kids aged five and under eat free off the children's menu while kids aged 6-11 eat for half price off the regular menu. New this year: The expansion of the brand's Lifestyle Cuisine program to children's menus -offering a healthy twist on the usual kid-friendly favorites such as chicken strips, pizza, spaghetti with meatballs and even chocolate mousse.
Chefs are in the process of swapping out refined flour for whole wheat, incorporating fruits and vegetables into recipes to help meet the recommended daily fiber allowance, and employing alternative cooking methods to help ensure healthier choices are made available to young diners. We also offer portable DVD players, with a selection of movies, which can be brought to your table to occupy the children during your dining experience.
