Everything was okay until check-out, when we discovered an unauthorized charge from the lobby lounge had been made to our room. The hotel said they would investigate, but have done nothing so far.

Cheep finishes, uncomfortable showers, loud restaurants and lobby, far from resort feeling, seem room didn't work too many people who come for a day spa, and too many events that disrupt .... I have no idea why I payed resportnfee when there is not even a remote feeling of it

Our stay was negatively impacted by daily changes to both outdoor and front entrance spaces being closed for catering events. Pool area lawn and entire front entrance closed…Four Seasons would never encumber guests with such poor mgt.
The fairmont miramar is one of the best places I've stayed without a doubt. Every single person working there gives a darn about their job, and it shows. The rooms are stately and large, and clean and pretty. That being said, the Bungalow club attracts a certain type of clientele that I don't really enjoy, but that's Los Angeles for you - the guest next to me at the bar sent his drink back to the bartender, and I quote, "because he didn't make it with love". Lol.
Top notch all the way. Excellent staff and accommodations.
Service was excellent. Interior rooms need updating.
All good except the $50 per day resort fee. Not happy about paying hidden fees.
With Herbalife, nice rooms and great service
Great location. Helpful & friendly staff from valet to front desk to housekeeping to restaurants/dining.
