Lovely hotel and grounds. Ok room- toilet didn’t flush, weird view. No wall plug on my side of bed. Comfy bed! No boxed water that was supposed to be there. Plastic blue cups offered at FlowWater were cheap and little. Had to walk to a different floor to get water…inadequate. Wasn’t greeted with complimentary champagne. Realized this upon checkout. Offered one when I asked. Learned nothing about the history of the hotel or where to go to or where things were in the hotel. We had to peck around to find parts of the hotel. Woman in the gift shop (Johanna) was kind yet inept at giving us instructions as to where to go for our spa treatments. She wasn’t a good communicator. We had to ask 3 people where to go. No one at the desk in the spa. We tried twice and eventually found lickers that locked. Terrific restaurant. Lovely spa treatments. Concierge answered questions and was very kind but made no suggestions. Parking men were lovely. Sorely dissatisfied and disappointed.
The grounds are beautiful - colorful, well maintained, serene. The room was small and bland, poorly adorned.

The resort was lovey. Our suite was huge with a fabulous fireplace and nice balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. The on site restaurant was excellent and the resort itself is located just 5-10 minutes from downtown and they offered a free personal shuttle. The hot springs are amazing and the property is sprinkled with fire pits and outdoor games making it a great option for families. The concierge was excellent and connected us with a wine tour company that planed the most amazing private wines tours for us.
Beautiful property. Enjoyed the conference immensely which was very well done (GI and Hepatology). My room had ants throughout the stay despite avoiding bringing food in the room. I also asked for late checkout and the attendant lied and said none were being offered when I knew multiple other attendees had received late checkout. Parking is a problem since there are not enough spaces for self park. I did very much appreciate the valet service offering complimentary valet in that situation. The fitness facilities were excellent as was the spa staff who were very friendly and welcoming. I was disappointed to bring my Peloton shoes to realize that the wrong pedals/clip-ons have been installed so I could not use my shoes! That would have been helpful to know when I reached out ahead of time regarding Peloton use.
Came as a group of mostly women of color and I was worried we’d experience some micro aggressions and racisms, but the team was amazing and super accommodating.
Everything was just fine. The room oddly lacked comfortable furniture and seemed oddly furnished. A plug with a light plugged in was 3.5 feet off the floor in the middle of the wall!

The toilet would not flush. An unpleasant experience,
awesome experience
Stay was decent. Hotel was quiet and comfortable. They need more options for lunch besides limited pool bar menu.
The resort was well locataed and the grounds nicely maintained. My only negative would be that the rooms could be updated and have a work area for a laptop. The staff were friendly and professional.
