*Please note, Taboras is currently closed and will reopen in late September 2026. During this time guests can start their day with breakfast at Palm Terrace Restaurant, overlooking the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Palm Terrace showcases vibrant dishes inspired by fresh, local flavours in an elegant setting. Guests are also invited to enjoy the Beach Club, offering casual dining with light fare, refreshing cocktails, and uninterrupted ocean views. Throughout the remainder of the summer season, two of our three restaurants will be open at all times. Perched along the golden sands of Barbados, Taboras Restaurant traces its origins to the charming bungalow of the property’s original owner, quietly nestled within what would become the iconic Fairmont Royal Pavilion estate. As the resort evolved, its lush tropical gardens – masterfully designed by renowned landscape architect Fernando Tabora – introduced a sense of calm and seclusion, complementing the natural splendor of the coastline while offering guests moments of quiet retreat. In tribute to his vision, the restaurant was named Taboras, honoring the man whose artistry helped shape the spirit of the property, creating a subtle balance between vibrant island life and serene sanctuary. Today, every shared meal on the open-air deck reflects Tabora’s legacy, where verdant greenery, ocean breezes, and thoughtful design exist in easy harmony.
