  • Oeuf Meurette North America Selection

    Sunday, June 7, 2026

Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth is proud to host the North American qualifying rounds of the World Oeufs en Meurette Championship, a gastronomic competition dedicated to this iconic Burgundian dish. The world final will take place this October in France.   The event is held under the guidance of our very own Edgar Trudeau-Ferrin, Chef at Rosélys and 2025 Oeufs en Meurette World Champion, who claimed the title at last year’s global final.

  • An Evening with Guest Chef Chele Gonzalez

    Friday, June 19, 2026

In honour of National Indigenous History Month, Rosélys is proud to welcome Lysanne O’Bomsawin for a special evening celebrating the richness and diversity of Indigenous culinary traditions.   On Friday, June 19, guests are invited to experience a thoughtfully curated four-course menu inspired by the land and its ingredients, reimagined with creativity and respect. The evening will feature dishes such as trout tartare with lingonberries and serviceberries, a comforting sagamité, duck breast with spruce beer and morel sauce served alongside wild rice with hazelnuts and cranberries, and a pawpaw ice cream with elderberry coulis to finish.

  • Bonjour Chien

    Through September 27, 2026

Seen through the eyes of illustrator Chien Champion, Montreal is a colourful, vibrant, cartoonish place on the border of reality and fantasy. Through Chien – an inquisitive, sensitive, ever-changing character – the artist crafts a story inspired by his life in Montreal and his family history, resulting in a sensitive journey through the Quartier des Spectacles and the downtown core.   At the heart of this story is a bag that accompanies the character. A symbol of migration and memory, it carries within it origins, journeys and stories. It serves as a reminder that, even when we’re on the move, we never truly stop carrying multiple versions of ourselves.   Comprising several installations, Bonjour Chien, d’ici et d’ailleurs follows a path punctuated by arrivals, games, learning and memories. Each stop explores a different way of living in the city and finding one’s place. The sculptures, installations and video projections either follow or respond to each other, using a rich and energetic hybrid visual language.

  • Drag Brunch

    Saturday, July 25, 2026

This year, we’re thrilled to welcome Miss Fountain, Crystal Starz, and Moh Dafok (three of Montreal’s most dazzling queens) for a spectacular show full of energy, charisma, and unforgettable moments.
