Because priority is strictly reserved for guests requiring accessible facilities, interconnecting rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance, even when booking a Family Offer (the Family Offer applies strictly to pricing; a 50% discount on the 2nd room and does not guarantee connecting doors).

• Floor & Room Location Requests: You are welcome to submit preferences regarding floors or specific room locations. • Getting to the Beach:

  • The beach is located approximately 500 meters from the resort. Guests can reach the beach either on foot or via our exclusive internal Buggy Service.

  • Please note: In accordance with coastal protection regulations, the buggy service operates up to a wooden walkway located 20 meters before reaching the sand, with the final section traversed on foot along the beautiful walkway opening to the beach.

• Beach Privacy & Regulations:

  • The beach is not private, as Spanish law guarantees public access to all beaches. However, hotel guests can fully enjoy the beach facilities and services available in the area for a comfortable seaside experience.

• Sunbeds & Umbrellas:

  • Sunbeds and umbrellas are complimentary for hotel guests during the summer season when our La Cala Chiringuito is in operation.
