Connected to the Agora, the Centre-Ville room expands the total capacity from 400 to 600 guests. With a 10-meter (32-foot) retractable video screen and dual projectors, it's perfect for large-scale presentations and multimedia events. The room can also be booked on its own for standalone occasions.

Coller is a twin room to Copier. They each accommodate up to 15 guests. Both feature dry-erase walls, a wall of stick-on sheets, colourful poufs, and abundant natural light—perfect for brainstorming sessions and dynamic meetings.

As the culminating point of our business hub, Espace 21 has all it takes to revolutionize the city’s urban scenery. Located on the 21st floor of Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth, its modern and innovative glass structure opens up to a terrace with a breathtaking view.   Thanks to removable furniture and practical divisions, the room can welcome as many as 220 guests, in an array of different configurations. It was also equipped with the latest in technology, allowing for optimal personalization of events and ambiances.

Eureka Room feels like the command center of a spaceship or the HQ of a secret organization.    Featuring a 180-degree wraparound multimedia display and a circular boardroom table for 12, it is designed for high-impact presentations. The dark walls and furnishings create an ideal atmosphere for projection, making it the perfect space to bring your ideas to life.

Located on the 21st floor, the Imagine meeting room is a versatile space tailored for productive and inspiring gatherings. It features a dedicated pitch area with a spacious table for up to 12 people, a cozy lounge, a coffee corner and an adjoining prefunction area.

LG Tech is the room you want for tech-driven presentations and collaborative discussions.   With two large windows flooding the room with natural light and walls lined with 4 high-definition screens, this room is designed for seamless presentations. A spacious meeting table and extra seating in the back also make it perfect for collaborative meetings.

Inspired by the lively, collaborative spirit of Montreal, the Parc Mont-Royal prefunction rooms are the perfect space to connect, unwind, or find inspiration before your main event.   These rooms feature co-working zones that can welcome up to three groups at once. The surroundings are warm and welcoming, conducive to listening, learning and fruitful collaborations. The space is multipurpose, with modern, refined and versatile furnishings including modular units, USB ports and mirror screens.

Airy and open, the Perluette lounge features a communal table and kitchenette, making it the perfect spot for a casual business lunch.   It also features stunning views of the Mary, Queen of the World Cathedral, for the most picturesque setting.

The Ping Room gets its name from the centerpiece of the space—a fully functional ping-pong table that doubles as a meeting table. With artificial turf-style carpeting and a vibrant Montreal-inspired mural, it is designed to spark creativity, and bring fun and collaboration together in an innovative way.

Located on the Convention Floor, the Place du Canada room boasts a built-in stage and impressive 16-foot high ceilings. With a capacity of up to 700 guests for receptions, the space opens up to a 17,000 sq. ft. pillar-free area. It can also expand into adjoining rooms, making it the perfect venue for galas, large conventions, and grand events.

Part of the CoLab 3 campus, our terrace is made of three distinct spaces that can be rented separately or together, accommodating up to three groups from 120 to 350 guests.   It is an ideal space for outdoor receptions or casual gatherings, day or night. With stunning views of Mount Royal, the Ring, and downtown's iconic skyscrapers, it's the perfect urban setting to relax, mingle, and enjoy grilled delicacies or a refreshing drink.

As part of our innovative CoLab 3 campus, the Trait d'union Lounge offers a warm and inviting space with comfy sofas and plenty of natural light. It features a sectional sofa facing a 55’ touchscreen TV and a separate seating space.   It is separated from the Perluette lounge by glass doors, and has a more cozy and private atmosphere. 

The Vortex Room features a striking wall of strands encircling a boardroom-style counter height table, equipped with two screens for seamless presentations. Behind the strands, a cozy lounge area offers a separate seating space, perfect for relaxed conversations and creative breaks.
