New Years AT FAIRMONT OLYMPIC

Enter the candlelit speakeasy for an immersive evening of rare whiskies and theatrical cocktails brought to life with smoke, fire and crystal decanters. Enjoy two signature cocktails, chef-curated gourmet small plates and a welcome glass of Champagne.  The evening also includes access to The Glitter Ball at Olympic Bar, featuring live entertainment, and a midnight countdown to welcome 2027.
