Reservations must be made between 25 August and 30 December 2026, inclusive, for stays between 26 August 2026 and 27 February 2027, inclusive. The final departure date is 1 March 2027.
The package is for a minimum consecutive two-night stay in a Fairmont Room. Reservations must be made online at least one day before arrival, and the stay cannot be split.
The Jazz Bar welcome drinks and snacks may be enjoyed once on the day of arrival between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. The Jazz Bar welcomes guests aged 18 and above only.
Afternoon tea for two at The Cathay Room is arranged by default for the day following arrival and may be enjoyed once per room. The collaborative afternoon tea is available until 4 October 2026, after which the menu will be refreshed seasonally. Menu items, images and venue are subject to the restaurant’s daily operation.
Shanghai Museum VIP tickets are valid only during the hotel stay. The exhibition is closed on Mondays, and opening hours and admission arrangements are subject to the museum’s operation.
Advance reservation is not required for the hotel heritage tour. Tour times and language availability are subject to the hotel’s daily operation.
