Created to celebrate Fairmont Tokyo’s first anniversary, “Interweave” is an interactive installation by contemporary ikebana artist Saiho Ozono. Inspired by materials sourced from Shibaura’s evolving landscape, the artwork reflects the memories and future of the neighborhood. Complementing the experience, exclusive sweets and a signature mocktail inspired by the installation invite guests to discover Shibaura’s story through all five senses.
