Our sustainable engagements
Some corridors feature sensor-activated lighting, employee water fountains are available, and we’ve partnered with associations for food salvage. The FloorTwo Restaurant’s terrace now grows fruits and vegetables, and we source food locally.
We encourage guests to skip taxis for short trips and explore the neighborhood or downtown with our stylish electric bikes. Fairmont ordered two custom models, which concierges also use in summer to reduce motor vehicle use and help limit traffic and pollution.
