Orchid Club members are given access to lockers (day use), as well as spa facilities during the hours of operation. Members may also enjoy a 20% discount on spa treatments, and a 20% discount on all fitness classes. The tennis courts may also be used by all members or the member’s immediate family.

Orchid Club Members may enjoy a 20% discount at the following restaurants: Brown's Beach House, Hale Kai, Orchid Court, Luana Lounge, and Binchotan. A 20% discount is offered at the Fairmont Store and Tennis Pro Shop. Members may also have access to a house account with charging privileges.

Orchid Club Members have access to special room rates (with a maximum of two rooms), as well as day passes for accompanied guests to use the hotel facilities. Every membership includes five (5) passes. Additional may be purchased at $75 per pass.
