A 20-metre pool, indoor vitality pool and heated outdoor hydropool. Seven thermal experiences. Finnish barrel sauna, hammam, salt room, tepidarium, steam and more alongside three cold plunge pools. A journey of contrast and restoration, designed for long, unhurried days.

Signature Experiences

Three experiences you will not find anywhere else. Performance Recovery — a bespoke deep tissue massage for the body that has earned its aches. Stillness — an evening ritual to prepare the body for deep, restorative sleep. Kalari Deep Tissue — where ancient Indian martial art meets modern therapy.

Spa Days & Membership

Spa access from £110, full spa days with treatment and lunch from £285, and twilight escapes from £175. Or become a member — unlimited access to pools, thermal suite, gym and classes, seven days a week. The invitation is open.
