From October 22 to 26, Nobu Monte Carlo welcomes Maison Latour for an exclusive wine pairing experience, bringing together the refined flavours of Nobu’s Japanese cuisine with a curated selection of exceptional wines.   Available for €75 per person, the wine pairing offers the opportunity to discover Maison Latour through a carefully selected series of wines, designed to complement the distinctive culinary creations of Nobu Monte Carlo. A selection of Maison Latour wines will also be available by the glass, alongside a curated choice of bottles from the Maison Latour collection on the wine list.

In October, discover the October Rose, a Raspberry-Lychee pastry at the Lobby Lounge. A limited-edition confectionery inspired by the delicacy of the flower. All proceeds from sales will be donated to Pink Ribbon Monaco in support of breast cancer prevention and awareness during Pink October.   Throughout October, the hotel’s iconic façade will be illuminated in pink, echoing the global movement to raise awareness of this important public health cause.   €15 per individual pastry.   Limited edition available from October 1 to 31, 2026, to enjoy at the Lobby Lounge or to take away.

Step behind the counter at Nobu Monte Carlo for a series of three Sushi Masterclasses, each led by the restaurant’s chefs.
