One and Two Bedroom Bermuda hotel Suites offer a separate living room area and are equipped with a second TV and mini bar. Luxuriously furnished with overstuffed sofa, chairs and original art work inspired by Bermuda's soft pastels draped in a flowing sea of turquoise. These Bermuda suites feature two private balconies with two fully appointed marble bathrooms, walk-in closets, a desk and a second telephone line for High Speed Internet access and for convenience, a cordless telephone. One and Two Bedroom Bermuda Suites are available on all floors.

Comprising over 2,900-square-feet each, the Fairmont Southampton’s two penthouse Bermuda hotel suites are corner units on the Fairmont Gold sixth floor level. Opulent in every way, each suite features the finest amenities and furnishings, evident as soon as you walk through the double Bermuda cedar doors into a marble-floored foyer. From your private L-shaped balcony you’ll enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Great Sound Harbor, Gibbs Hill Lighthouse, surrounding islands, and more. Admire the rolling hills of our lush 18-hole par three golf course or frame the perfect sunset in your very own limestone moon gate.

Balcony tables, chairs, and chaise lounges make entertaining outside easy—a perfect compliment to the suite’s well-appointed interior featuring island-inspired artwork, cedar paneling, and richly colored hues of blue and gold. The main salon is comprised of three adjoining rooms encased in floor-to-ceiling French windows and doors. The entertainment room features a stereo surround sound system, color television and VCR plus comfortable sofas and over-stuffed chairs. This room has floor-to-ceiling cedar partition doors so you can close the room off for privacy. The formal living room has an additional sofa and chairs and overlooks the dining room with a mahogany claw foot table accommodating eight, comfortably. Finally, the third room affords the luxury of an informal yet private meeting area without removing yourself from the main salon, which also has full sized marbled bathroom.

Entertain with ease at your own wet-bar and have meals prepared at a separate fully equipped kitchen with private staff entrance. The master bedroom features a double posted king-sized bed, water views, entertainment system, wet bar, lounge and custom walk-in closet with full-length mirrors and built-in dressers. Relax in the oversized tub in your marble bathroom, which also has a separate glass enclosed shower and his and hers granite vanity. An additional full bathroom and private entrance is also in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a double posted queen-sized bed, views of the ocean, walk-in closet and television. A fourth bathroom is conveniently located across the hall. Complementary high-speed Internet access and multiple phones are available throughout the suites.

Duplex Suites are 1,600-square-feet split-level units, on the corners of the Fairmont Gold sixth floor level. Upon entering the suite you'll be greeted by three elegantly draped twenty-feet-high floor-to-ceiling French windows and pastel-colored walls with original island-inspired artwork. From your private L-shaped balcony outfitted with tables, chairs and chaise lounges, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the stunning south shore. The romantic bedroom loft has ocean views, a four-poster king-sized bed, walk-in closet and a plush chaise lounge for two. Its marble bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi tub, separate glass enclosed shower and a his-and-hers granite vanity.

A staircase leads down to a finely appointed living, dining and entertainment area with a full stereo-surround sound system, flat screen TV, VCR, plus comfortable furnishings including cozy sofas and over-stuffed chairs. There’s also a large writing desk with complementary high speed Internet access and a second phone line with cordless telephone. A fully equipped modern kitchen, a second entrance to the fifth floor and a second powder room is conveniently located on this level. As an option, an additional connector room is also available.

Junior Suite Harbour rooms are well appointed and feature high-speed Internet access, a writing desk and mini bar. With an open-concept design, enjoy the spacious bedrooms and living room area all within the same room. Located between the first and fifth floors with harbor views, each room offers an outdoor covered private balcony with table and chairs plus a spacious bathroom with a his-and-hers granite vanity.
