The largest conference and meeting room in the hotel. It can be split into four main segments. The room is ideal for large balls, conferences, lectures, product launches and concerts with the additional benefit of several breakout areas surrounding the space which have access to an external paved terrace. The space has external access lending itself to large scale sets. The space is also fully equipped with air conditioning.
A unique and expansive architectural space can host up to 1000 delegates and provides the perfect setting for gala dinners or themed events. We have previously held very impressive events including a Harry Potter Gala Dinner which featured live owls and we have also had trapeze artists entertaining guests at a separate function.
The Robert Louis Stevenson Suite is the second largest conference room in the hotel, second only to the Robert Burns Ballroom. It can be split into two segments and both have French doors leading out onto a large paved terrace. This suite is filled with natural light, giving it a spacious, open feel. The Suite is also fully equipped with air conditioning.
The John Barbour Auditorium can be used for all forms of meetings & conferences. It has 106 seats with space for wheelchairs. There is capability for both front and rear projection with Dolby surround sound. An inductive loop for the hard of hearing has been fitted. Perfect for product launches, press meetings, presentations and lectures. All of the following spaces have a plethora of natural light and French doors leading out to a large paved area which may be used for team building activities, BBQ lunches or general breakout space. All spaces below are equipped with air conditioning.
The James Graham Suite can be split into two segments, depending on the demands of the conference and how many delegates are attending. Both segments are flooded with natural light. This Suite is the same size as the William Dunbar Suite.
The William Dunbar Suite is a conference room that can be split into two segments, depending on how many delegates are attending the conference.
The Robert Aytoun Suite is a modest sized meeting room, ideal for a private function. It has plenty of natural daylight, giving an impression of open space. This suite is the same size as the Mary McLeod Suite.
The Mary McLeod Suite is a conference room ideal for a close meeting with small numbers of delegates attending.
Duncan MacIntyre is a medium sized conference room, with plenty of daylight, giving the room an open, spacious feel.
Edwin Muir is the smallest conference room in the hotel and provides the perfect destination for an intimate conference of modest size.
The spacious Founders Boardroom offers a luxurious option for your next meeting. With a capacity of 12, the boardroom offers stunning views over St Andrews and the North Sea as well as its own private reception area and washroom facilities.
