Fairmont Bab Al Bahr is currently in the final stages of developing of a new outlet on the north west side of the hotel. The remaining work is focused on the interior of the outlet and noise disturbance is minimal as the venue is separate to the main hotel building. Guests may see some construction deliveries to the site; however, these will be undertaken during normal working hours. There is also construction work adjacent to the hotel on the south east side. Noise disturbance in the hotel rooms, outlets and beach areas is minimal. There is some visual disturbance for rooms positioned on the south east side.
