RPV Kids Activity

Kids Watersport Tuesday
Join us every week on our Tuesday watersport adventure 9 am to 11 am for Hobie Cat sailing and kayaking at the Beach Club under the guidance of our experienced watersport ambassadors.

Kids Craft Thursdays
Join us weekly on Thursdays 10 am to 12 pm for arts and crafts. Unleash your inner creative with drawing, painting, playdough, tie dye and much more!


RPV Wellness Program

The schedule alternates on a weekly basis:

WEEK 1:
Wellness Wednesday Yoga with Tiffany Skinner, 8 am – 9 am at Taboras
Held on alternating Wednesdays and Fridays at 8 am enjoy a rejuvenating session of the mind and body as our experienced yoga instructors take you on guided tour of self-reflection and finding your serenity - directly on the beach. The sessions are designed for both beginners and those more experienced. Yoga classes are the perfect way to enjoy your time in Barbados and adore the ocean views.

Fitness Friday with Celia Collymore, 8 am – 9 am at Beach Club
Stretch, Cardio, Physical Activity, Movement
Experience our newest fitness class! It is inspired by international movements of functional exercises, Bajan music and Barbadian culture. The Fitness Party is where we stay true to exercise in a fun outdoor ocean view atmosphere perfect for the entire family to enjoy!

WEEK 2
Mindfulness Monday with Gay Taffe: Royal Pavilion Sunset Gong, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm at Taboras Beach
Relax, Realign, Rejuvenate with Soothing Sounds
Gong Immersions are becoming very popular in these challenging times for relaxation and de-stressing. Mindfulness Mondays explores the concept we are made up of 75% water which responds to sonic vibrations so, if our bodies are out of balance in some, the gong frequencies have the power to relax and retune us back into harmony. No knowledge or experience is required and it can be viewed as a form of meditation accessible to everyone. You don’t have to do anything except lie down and be open to receive the sounds!

Feel-Good Friday: Yoga with Jennifer Jones, 8 AM – 9 AM at Taboras
