Our Housekeeping team will provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots as requested and also handle all requests for lost & found items.

Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is a pet friendly hotel however pets are not permitted in the Mount Temple Wing. A charge of $50.00 per room, per night plus taxes applies for pets and will be added to your guestroom folio. For stays of 8 nights or longer, the charge will not exceed $350.00. In the event extra servicing to the room is required upon checkout, an additional charge of $125.00 may apply.
Unfortunately due to health regulations pets are not allowed in the Food & Beverage areas of the hotel. This includes the patio, the Health Club pool deck & the Fairmont Gold Lounge.
A $75.00 holding fee will be applied to your guestroom folio should your dog be unaccompanied in your room.
Upon request, ‘Pet Sitters’ can be hired at a pre determined hourly rate through the Concierge Desk. Sitters are only guaranteed when 24 hours notice is given. A cancellation policy does apply.
Please note that local bylaws require that dogs must be leashed throughout the Village of Lake Louise. Please be mindful of the resident wildlife (including bears, deer, and coyotes).
Additional supplies, such as baggies, dog beds, etc., are available through Royal Service by dialing ‘0.’

The hotel is pleased to provide ski storage at the Bell Desk. The Guest Services team will be glad to assist you. Skis are not permitted on guest floors or within your guest room.
Special needs accommodation is available on a request basis. Please contact the hotel in advance to confirm due to limited inventory. Ramps are located throughout the hotel, with the exception of the pool. Designated parking stalls are also available in close proximity to the doors. Limited number of wheelchairs and portable equipment is available by request through Royal Service.
