Babysitting
While you are enjoying all that The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise has to offer, qualified and reliable babysitters are available to provide childcare. All of our sitters have been carefully screened and undergone the Royal Canadian Mounted Police security check.
- 24-hour notice to Royal Service is required please call (403) 522-3511 to guarantee a babysitter
- 24-cancellation policy in effect. Three hour penalty in place if cancelled prior to this time
- More than four children require two sitters
Rates:
1-2 children - $16.00/hour
3 children - $19.00/hour
4 children - $23.00/hour

For all babysitting booked on Friday and Saturday, there will be a $30.00 transportation fee as babysitters will be brought in from Banff
Rates fluctuate based on seasonal requirements. On weekends, babysitters are brought in from Banff due to the high demand.
Bell Desk
Dressed in authentic Swiss atire, the bellmen and doormen at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise provide exceptional valet and luggage handling services. The Bell Desk is located at the main entrance of the hotel. Service is available 24-hours-a-day.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Concierge
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby. Our Concierge can assist you with dinner reservations, activity bookings, transportation and directions to major attractions in the area.
Elevators
The hotel has nine guest elevators for your convenience.
Gift Shops & Specialty Boutiques
The hotel offers an extensive selection of specialty shops showcasing custom hotel merchandise featuring the history of CP Rail, Canadian Native Indian and Inuit art, fashions woven from the famous Canadian Arctic Musk Ox, beautifully crafted jewelry and watches, designer leather goods, quality brand name outerwear and casual clothing, candy and maple products, plus a wide selection of books, posters and gifts that capture our heritage. Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping team will provide extra amenities such as cribs and cots as requested and also handle all requests for lost & found items.

Same day and next day dry-cleaning services are available to our guests. Please phone 403 522 3511 for drop off and delivery times.
Parking
The hotel is connected to a partially covered parkade with plug-ins.
Valet and self-parking is available to our guests at the following rates:
Self: $30 per day
Valet: $35 per day
Pet Policy
The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise welcomes your pet with our furry friends pet package.
All pets staying at the hotel are greeted in their room with a customized welcome letter from our Director of Pet Relations, Mark.

- Freshly baked Dog Biscuits
- Information sheet on pet activities
The price is $35 CAD/night and the animal must not be left unattended in the room. Seeing-Eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.
Ski Storage
The hotel is pleased to provide ski storage at the Bell Desk. The Guest Services team will be glad to assist you. Skis are not permitted on guest floors or within your guest room.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Special needs accommodation is available on a request basis. Please contact the hotel in advance to confirm due to limited inventory. Ramps are located throughout the hotel, with the exception of the pool. Designated parking stalls are also available in close proximity to the doors. Limited number of wheelchairs and portable equipment is available by request through Royal Service.
