This quaint, cozy room was originally established in 1926 as a writing room and a place for people to come and gather their thoughts, share experiences and communicate with family and friends. Now treat yourself to a unique dinner experience at Grapes, our rustic Canadian wine bar and bistro. In an intimate setting, explore the exquisite flavours of fondues, patés, cheeses, salads and sumptuous daily specials.

Guests have the opportunity to enjoy extraordinary wines from Canada in The Fairmont Banff Springs' Wine Bar. Select your favorite wine from an immense collection of superior labels renowned for their inspiring sense of balance and outstanding finish. If wine isn't your forte, allow our qualified staff to make a recommendation on your behalf. Pairing distinctly Canadian wines with food that compliment the wine's flavor to a tee, Grapes Wine Bar offers a lavish selection including Cabernet Sauvignon, Elegant Pinot Noir, Buttery Chardonnay and Crisp Riesling.
