Bellmen are located at the Entry Pavillion and on the Lobby Level of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.
The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can help you arrange dinner reservations, get theater tickets and give you directions to major attractions and events.
The hotel has a total of four elevators; two in the Palisades Building and two in the Tower Building.
Guests can verify their account balance and check-out through their television set. A receipt will be mailed to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.
The Gift Shop is located on the promenade level and offers a selection of newspapers, magazines, gifts and sundries and is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The hotel is also conveniently situated near a major shopping area, the Third Street Promenade and Santa Monica Place.
The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the comfort of all our guests.
The hotel offers dry-cleaning and laundry services to all registered guests.
The hotel has a large outdoor parking lot for guests, visitors, clients of the restaurant and those attending a special event at the hotel.

There will be a non-refundable fee of $25.00 per pet per day. The animal must be on a leash or in a cage at all times and are not permitted in public areas of the hotel. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges and restrictions.
Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.
The hotel has nine guest rooms designed for physically challenged guests. All public areas of the hotel offer wheelchair accessibility.
