Ceviche and Pisco Sour Class


Executive Chef Mark Timms

Highlighted as one of the city's best Date Night activities, Fairmont is hosting a Ceviche and Pisco Sour-making class. Instructions will be provided from Executive Chef Mark Timms and Director of Outlets Sunny Makhni on Saturday, February 6th. Hors d'oeuvres will be served. Participants can expect the class to follow the format of Fairmont's legendary annual Gingerbread House Making Class. $55 for a single ticket and $100 for couples (inclusive of tax and service charge).

Chocolate Class and Port Tastings


Chocolate Truffles

Participants will learn how to make chocolate truffles with instructions from Executive Pastry Chef, D'Oyen Christie, on Saturday, February 13th. Guests will also enjoy a tasting of Port wine with Events Manager, Stella Park. Hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Cherry Blossom Edible Decorating Class

Learn how to make Fairmont's signature Cherry Blossom dessert decoration with Patisserie Chef Elizabeth Teuwen on Saturday, February 20th. You will decorate your own cupcake with a cherry blossom theme. Hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine will be served.

Crab Cake Class



This class will be held by Executive Sous Chef Graham Lockwood on Saturday, February 27th. Participants will learn how to make Fairmont's famous crab cakes.
