Bellmen are located across from the front desk. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.


The Concierge is available 9AM – 8PM daily. The desk is located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. Our Concierge Team can assist you with making dinner reservations, providing directions to major attractions, and more. For assistance with pre-arrival requirements please call (510) 898-0022 or email


Guests have easy access to elevators just off the Main Lobby.

The Fairmont Store

Featuring Claremont Club & Spa logo products, snacks, drinks, assorted gifts, sundries, and many of the fine products used in Claremont Spa treatments. Open daily 7:30am to 9:00pm.


The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service including turn-down service (upon request) to ensure the best possible comfort of all our guests.

Laundry Services

Same day laundry and dry cleaning service is available Monday through Saturday. Please leave your laundry at the Bell Desk by 9:00 am, or arrange for pickup by calling extension 133. It will be delivered to your room by 7:00 pm. Laundry bags and slips are located in the guest room closet.


The Hotel offers the following valet and self-parking services: Overnight Valet parking is $30 per night, per car (includes in-and-out privileges). Day parking fees are hourly and you may choose self-park or valet parking. Maximum day parking fee is $30. Valet fee for day parking is an additional $10.

Pet Policy

Claremont Club & Spa welcomes all dogs of any breed and any size. A non-refundable fee of $99 USD per stay will apply.

Resort Fee

In order to better serve our guests we have implemented a resort fee that provides access and privileges to the very best of Claremont Club & Spa. We proudly offer a wide variety of activities and services that are available to all guests through the resort fee program. A charge of $29 per room per night, subject to applicable taxes, is automatically applied to every stay and provides guests with the following amenities and services:
  • Daily Sip & Saber Champagne Sabering in the hotel lobby, 5:30 p.m.
  • Wireless Internet access in each guest room and public areas
  • Daily group exercise classes at the Club (90 various classes offered per week)
  • Access to saline lap pool, recreation pool and children's pool at the Club
  • Swim training gear available at the Club
  • Access to dry sauna and outdoor saline whirlpool at the Club
  • Use of free weights, cardiovasculal and Technogym machines at the Club
  • Three (3) hours of childcare for one child at the Kids' Club
  • Access to PressReader digital newspaper app
  • Hot tea and coffee available at the Club
  • 24-hour Business Center
  • A selection of board games and playing cards available at the Front Desk
  • Three (3) hours unlimited local telephone calls (within a 19-mile radius)
Use of Club facilities, including pools, fitness center, classes, lockers rooms, tennis courts and Bayview Cafe, is available to registered hotel guests and Club members only. Guests must be registered at time of reservation or upon check-in. Number of registered guests per room will be limited to the maximum occupancy of the room. Age limitations and restrictions may apply.

We offer in-room safety deposit boxes.

Wheelchair Accessibility

There are 10 rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.
