From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service and made to feel very welcome.

From the doorman, concierge, front desk, waitstaff, housekeeping, the food, the service, the location were superb. Every need, question was addressed with an immediate smile and perfect response.

Husband I had a fantastic recent stay at the Savoy. Staff from every department went over and above to make our time at the Savoy wonderful . Thank you all.
We have stayed a few times at the Savoy and have always felt special, cared for and well looked after. This stay was every bit special and will remain memorable - we had a wonderful couple of days and I’m sure it won’t be too long before we’re back to stay again.
Just finished our yearly stay at The Savoy. Everything went smooth as usual from booking until check-out. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable, but most of all we keep coming back every year because of the people. Everybody from Valentin during booking, to Genci, Rob, Tony and the other at the door, to Attila and his butler team to the fabulous Rose at breakfast. It is a pleasure being looked after by them and after a while they feel like friends. An extreme shout-out to butler Sebastian who served us a free bottle of champagne one night even though we really did not have butler service included, he did not have to and we had not asked for it. Just because he felt like. it. Thats is what this is about: Above and beyond. A year until next time. Will we be able to wait?
