Fairmont Hotels & Resorts isn’t resting on its laurels when it comes to growth. The company has recently announced a number of exciting hotel projects. 

 

  • Fairmont Wuhan lobby

    Fairmont Wuhan (2019)

    Fairmont Wuhan will feature 350 guestrooms, four distinctive dining outlets and approximately 26,910 square feet (2,500 square meters) of event and banquet space. The world-class hotel will also offer business and leisure travelers access to a Willow Stream Spa - Fairmont's award-winning signature spa brand - and fitness options including a swimming pool.

  • Fairmont Guiyang

    Fairmont Guiyang (2019)

    Fairmont Guiyang and its 305 guest rooms and suites offer a luxurious experience with generous comfort and stunning views. The 9700 square feet (900 square meters) ballroom, meetings and events spaces feature modern audio equipment with high-tech lighting system. You will be delighted by many extraordinary dining experiences in our AsiaONE Restaurant, "HOT" Hotpot Restaurant, Imperial Jade Michelin Restaurant or afternoon tea at Sky Lounge.

  • Fairmont Taghazout

    Fairmont Taghazout (2020)

    Fairmont Taghazout Bay will feature 155 spacious guestrooms, with sea facing views, in addition to 52 Fairmont branded villas, to be released for sale later this year, which will be the first luxury waterfront villas of this kind in the country. The resort will boast over 27,000 square feet (2,500 square meters) of meeting space and a Fairmont spa with fitness facilities. A range of culinary offerings will include an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, specialty restaurant and beach pool bar and grill.

  • Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles

    Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles (2020)

    The iconic, crescent shaped hotel has hosted generations of Hollywood celebrities, foreign dignitaries and every United States President since its opening in 1966. Located in the heart of Century City in Los Angeles is undergoing a meticulous restoration and is slated to re-open as Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles in 2020. The mixed-use redevelopment project includes approximately 394 guestrooms and 63 branded residences within the original iconic building, along with two new 46-story luxury residential towers with 290 luxury residences and approximately 100,000 square feet (9300 square meters) of boutique high-street shopping and expanded parking facilities.

  • Fairmont Seoul

    Fairmont Seoul (2020)

    Introducing a new Fairmont landmark located adjacent to Yeouido Park. This hotel will feature 326 guest rooms, a rooftop terrace, spa, fitness centre, pool, conference hall and four restaurants and a bar.
