Fairmont Hotels & Resorts isn’t resting on its laurels when it comes to growth. The company has recently announced a number of exciting hotel projects. 


  • Fairmont Citystars Sharm el Sheikh

    Fairmont Citystars Sharm el Sheikh (2019)

    Part of the first phase, including extensive retail, residential apartments and the largest Crystal Lagoon in the world. The Fairmont is scheduled to open in 2017, includes a Fairmont hotel and residential development with 414 guestrooms and 316 residences.

  • Fairmont Abu Dhabi Marina Resort exterior rendering

    Fairmont Abu Dhabi Marina Resort (2019)

    The luxury Fairmont Abu Dhabi Marina Resort will boast 563 hotel guestrooms and suites along with 249 Fairmont branded residences, located in two iconic towers which meet in a magnificent arch. The distinctively designed skyscraper, close to the Marina Mall at the Abu Dhabi Breakwater (a manmade area of ocean walkways) will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the Corniche and the city’s famous skyline. The Fairmont Abu Dhabi Marina Resort will feature nine restaurants and lounges, Fairmont Gold rooms along with its Fairmont Gold lounge situated atop of the sky bridge between hotel and residences, state-of-the-art meeting space and a 1,270 m2 ballroom. Leisure offerings include various swimming pools, beach, water sport center, kids club, fitness center and Willow Stream Spa.

  • Fairmont Wuhan lobby

    Fairmont Wuhan (2019)

    Fairmont Wuhan will feature 350 guestrooms, four distinctive dining outlets and approximately 2,500 square meters (26,910 square feet) of event and banquet space. The world-class hotel will also offer business and leisure travelers access to a Willow Stream Spa - Fairmont's award-winning signature spa brand - and fitness options including a swimming pool.

  • Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles

    Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles (2019)

    The historic Century Plaza Hotel, located in the heart of Century City in Los Angeles is undergoing a meticulous restoration and is slated to re-open as Fairmont Century Plaza, Los Angeles in 2018. The mixed-use redevelopment project includes approximately 394 guestrooms and 63 branded residences within the original iconic building, along with two new 46-story luxury residential towers with 290 luxury residences and approximately 100,000 square feet of boutique high-street shopping and expanded parking facilities.

  • Fairmont Taghazout (2019)

    Fairmont Taghazout Bay will feature 155 spacious guestrooms, with sea facing views, in addition to 52 Fairmont branded villas, to be released for sale later this year, which will be the first luxury waterfront villas of this kind in the country. The resort will boast over 2,500 square meters (27,000 square feet) of meeting space and a Fairmont spa with fitness facilities. A range of culinary offerings will include an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, specialty restaurant and beach pool bar and grill.

  • Fairmont Copacabana

    Fairmont Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro (2019)

    The very first Fairmont in Brazil, Fairmont Copacabana, will open in 2019. Located in one of the best neighbors of Rio de Janeiro, with a wonderful beach view, the property will feature 400 guest rooms and suites, including Fairmont Gold. The hotel also offers an exceptional meeting space for up to 800 attendees, a beautiful full-service spa, the Willow Stream Spa, the Coa Café with a selection of the best premium coffee from Brazil and the Spirit Copa Bar and the Marine Restô Restaurant the best place in the hotel to appreciate the view and the best appetizers, snacks and cocktails made with exotic tropical fruits and the best selection of beverages.
