The Fit on the Fly Suite features a Peloton Bike, FITBENCH ONE, lululemon yoga mat, and all the classic comforts you’ve come to expect from Fairmont – like the incredibly plush bed. You’ll also find head-to-toe Fairmont Fit apparel, so there’s no need to squeeze extra gear into your carry-on. Once you’ve worked up a sweat, it’s time to enjoy a Nordic-style hydrotherapy experience, followed by a healthy snack from our culinary team.

The Equipment

The Peloton Bike offers access to thousands of classes, including spin, cardio, strength, HIIT, yoga and meditation. Or take your workout up a notch with the FITBENCH ONE. Stored within the bench you’ll find dumbbells, kettlebells, a slam ball and resistance bands, while the top of the bench elevates to eight different positions and doubles as a plyo box. A lululemon yoga mat and a balance ball complete the room.

In-Room Hydrotherapy

Nordic hydrotherapy is the perfect way to finish your workout. This in-room version begins with a hot shower enriched with a bathintentions essential oil shower steamer to increase blood flow and relax muscles. Then, plunge into a refreshing ice bath to reduce lactic acid build-up and release muscle tension. Finally, wrap yourself in a plush Fairmont robe and relax with mindful breathing exercises, a Saje diffuser and sound machine as your heart rate stabilizes and you embrace a sense of calmness and clarity. Following the experience, refuel with a selection of fresh fruit and house-made power bars.
