The Fairmont Store

Featuring Claremont Club & Spa logo products, snacks, drinks, assorted gifts, sundries, and many of the fine products used in Claremont Spa treatments. Open daily 7:30am to 9:00pm.


The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service including turn-down service (upon request) to ensure the best possible comfort of all our guests.

Laundry Services

Same day laundry and dry cleaning service is available Monday through Saturday. Please leave your laundry at the Bell Desk by 9:00 am, or arrange for pickup by calling extension 133. It will be delivered to your room by 7:00 pm. Laundry bags and slips are located in the guest room closet.


The Hotel offers the following valet and self-parking services:

  • Overnight self-parking is $30 per night, per car including in and out privileges.
  • Overnight valet parking is $35 per night, per car including in-and-out privileges.
  • Daily parking fees are charged by the hour. Maximum self-parking fee is $30. Maximum valet fee is an additional $5.

Pet Policy

Claremont Club & Spa is proud to be a pet-friendly resort and welcomes well-behaved dogs of any breed and size. In order to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay while on property, we require pet parents to read and sign our Pet Policy Disclaimer upon check-in. In addition, a non-refundable pet fee of $99 USD per stay applies to all pet stays. All pet requests must be received at the time of booking.

Claremont Club & Spa Pet Policies:

  • I agree to pay the $99 pet fee and accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses for personal injury or property damage caused by my pet, including a minimum $250 deep cleaning fee should it be needed. I also agree that the condition of room is based on the sole judgment of Claremont Management upon my departure.
  • My dog will be with me and under my care at all times. I further understand and agree that my dog will not be left unattended in my room at any time and assume financial responsibility for any damage that occurs due to leaving my dog unattended.
  • I agree to pay a $100 fee for all instances of complaints related to my dog causing a disturbance to other guests.
  • My dog will be on a leash or in a carrier and under my control at all times in public spaces and outside.
  • I understand that my dog is not permitted within any Food & Beverage Outlets, including Limewood Bar & Restaurant and Lobby Lounge & Bar, nor at the pool, club facilities or spa.
  • I will remove my dog from the guest room during Housekeeping service and understand that my room will not be serviced should the pet be left in the room. 
  • When using the elevator, I will ensure that other guests will not be disturbed by my pet and offer to exit the elevator if required. 
  • My dog is not aggressive and is well socialized with other animals.
  • My dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date and current, and he/she is free of ticks and fleas.
  • I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste in a marked trash receptacle.
  • I will notify the hotel of any “accidents” immediately and request special cleaning efforts.
  • I will keep my dog off all furniture including bed, chair or couches.
  • Should my dog cause injury to other guests, patrons, employees, visitors, vendors, or anyone lawfully on the hotel premises or their property, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claremont Hotel Properties L.P. d/b/a Claremont Club & Spa, A Fairmont Hotel and all partners, directors, officers, employees and affiliated entities of the foregoing from and against any damages, loss, litigation, cost or expense by any of the foregoing as a result of any damage or injury caused by my dog.

Resort Experience Fee

In order to better serve our guests we have implemented a Resort Experience Fee that provides access and privileges to the very best of Claremont Club & Spa. We proudly offer a wide variety of activities and services that are available to all guests through the resort experience fee program. A charge of $35 per room per night, subject to applicable taxes, is automatically applied to every stay and provides guests with the following amenities and services:
  • Daily Sip & Saber Champagne Sabering in the hotel lobby, 5:30 p.m.
  • Wireless Internet access in each guest room and public areas
  • Daily group exercise classes at the Club (90 various classes offered per week)
  • Access to saline lap pool, recreation pool and children's pool at the Club
  • Swim training gear available at the Club
  • Access to dry sauna and outdoor saline whirlpool at the Club
  • Use of free weights, cardiovascular and Technogym machines at the Club
  • Three (3) hours of childcare for one child at the Kids' Club
  • Access to PressReader digital newspaper app
  • Hot tea and coffee available at the Club
  • 24-hour Business Center
  • A selection of board games and playing cards available at the Front Desk
  • Three (3) hours unlimited local telephone calls (within a 19-mile radius)
Use of Club facilities, including pools, fitness center, classes, lockers rooms, tennis courts and Bayview Cafe, is available to registered hotel guests and Club members only. Guests must be registered at time of reservation or upon check-in. Number of registered guests per room will be limited to the maximum occupancy of the room. Age limitations and restrictions may apply.

We offer in-room safety deposit boxes.

Wheelchair Accessibility

There are 10 rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
