The hotel, staff & location were all great!
Great service from every employee I met.
I would have to stay our stay was average, we enjoyed the breakfast.
I have wanted to stay at Le Chateau Frontenac for my entire life. Sometimes when one finally reaches a goal, it can fall short -- but not in this case. From the first glimpse of the hotel as we came up from the lower city to every small detail in our room, the hotel was impeccable and lived up to every expectation. (If you are a fan of The Goblin k-drama you will not be disappointed.) Decor was meticulous, staff were discreet yet friendly, amenities were as you would expect from a luxury hotel, and I could have spent hours staring at the view out our window. I hope I can return, but even if not, my one stay has truly fulfilled a dream.

Stayed two evenings at Le Chateau Frontenac in April 2024 and all aspects of the hotel and service were top notch. The facilities were very clean and well maintained and the people were professional and friendly. We took advantage of the walking military tour of old Quebec and learned a lot. We were especially well taken care of in the Gold lounge where we enjoyed our breakfast and evening cocktails daily. We look forward to our next stay.
Lovely garret on the 6th floor with diving ceilings, a sofa, and two small windows with views of the St. Lawrence. The furniture was tired, the 'artworks' in plastic frames would be better stored in an attic, and the mattress is unfit for the Princess and the Pea. The bathroom could use a manual exhaust fan, if for nothing else, than 'white noise,' since the double doors, more like saloon-style doors, offer no sound-proofing. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the room was cozy, ergonomically scaled, and memorable for its position high above the might river.
