Thieves

Called 6 different times well before the stated date to change our reservation from 5 to 3 nights due to change of travel plans. Finally in SIXTH call( reservations apparently had very limited hours/ resources?) Rebecca told me she would take care of change with reservations who were still not available. We’re charged for all nights despite proof in my call records. Utter thieves. Not to mention bathroom had pubic hair in tub. People working there outside of manger and reservations were super nice. FAIRMONT reputation is tarnished by people who STEAL!!

Good brief stay

We stayed for barely 12 hours but we enjoyed our stay. The property is nice and gives a vintage feel. Given our scheduled early check-out the staff was very cooperative and packed our breakfast - customized to our need for our smooth exit.

staff was excellent, readiness to help was exceptional. Interns staffs were great. Health club was excellent. Big shout out to Emma. The only challenge is that there is ceiling leakage in the bathroom at the spa, this occurs when you turn on the tap in the bathroom.
