To ensure a smooth arrival, here are the parking options available at the hotel.
Hotel valet parking by our partner Indigo available 24/7: Every day, you can drop off your car in one of the hotel's two drop-off zones. Our doormen will be on hand to assist you and will contact Indigo, who will then park your car in their underground parking lot. The overnight parking rate is $39, taxes included, for departures before 4 p.m. Guests can exit and enter as they please, without an additional fee.
For dropping off your car, you can use the designated area on Mansfield street at any time.
Another drop-off zone is available on René-Lévesque Boulevard West during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: available at all times.

Consistent product offerings and lovely service. Staffs were friendly and willing to assist.
Great location with ideal access to underground; clean rooms. Great restaurant dining and staff. Doorman was excellent as well. However - the front desk crew requires a customer service refresher. I don't need to go into specific details. See how the check-in and particular the check-out courtesy needs improvement. I receive better treatment at a countryside Hampton Inn.

My family is from Montreal but we have not lived there for over 50 years; for my Mother’s 85th birthday I arranged for us to visit the city, go see the houses she lived in as a child, see a Habs game and visit other memorable places from our memories: Expo 67, Champlain Bridge, Orange Julep, Snowden Theatre, Old Montreal. Your hotel was our home base and the entire team there were just wonderful; Jennifer ensured my Mum got a great room overlooking the Cathedral, the Bell desk team arranged for wheel chairs so we could walk around and over to the game; the doormen ensured we had no issues with hotel access and the staff in Roselyn treated us so warmly, especially Sylvain. You made my Mum feel very special and I was always remember that. Thank you so much.
I stayed for 3 nights and was impressed with the location, the views, the room, the service and the atmosphere. The welcome I received at the front desk while checking in set the stage for a thoroughly positive experience in Montreal. I would highly recommend the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth to anyone visiting Montreal for business or pleasure. I can't wait to get back there soon.
Came to Fairmont to celebrate a birthday with a weekend away. Wasn't a bust weekend at the hotel, stayed at gold level, but to be honest the room was disappointing. There was a couple of visible stains on the couch which I really think is kind of unacceptable for a gold room. In the lounge itself, there was a guest who kept coming and taking multiple plates of food in multiple trips down to her room and even said it was for other people who were not gold members. This resulted in food items being completely wiped out for other guests during the evening hour of food offerings. The dessert items in the evening were very limited and not in very large quantities. Again, this was disappointing. Staff were great, very pleasant from serving staff, valet and doormen. Just left feeling the quality of the room itself and the gold lounge experience this time could have been better.

My 1st time (and only 1 night) was great. The room was clean, bright, updated and the beds were comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure and all bathroom amenities were well stocked. Staff was very courteous and suggested I leave my luggage if I have a meeting (which I did and I did use the suggested service) I would absolutely bring my family there for a few nights stay - centrally located and a great hotel. I did not get a chance to see the pool or other amenities due to limited time. I did use the coffee bar downstairs for a light breakfast.
