I was frustrated with cleaning staff and supervisor who I requested to open a door when my friend Harriet was lying on the floor in her room with a fractured hip. They said had to wait for security. This behavior was unacceptable! They were following rules said we had to wait for security. However your rules are unacceptable during an emergency. You need to reconsider your policies and approach.
Great room and view Hotel lovely Bell service not the best - waited over 2 hours and called down twice for luggage. Never came and had to go downstairs to retrieve it ourselves

Was in town for my 50th Highschool reunion. The staff helped to make this an absolutely wonderful experience. Starting with Parking valet and beyond, the staff is extremely will trainined and provide a very positive experience
We came to San Francisco to my son’s wedding. Fairmont is such a beautiful, comfortable and staff friendly hotel. We loved it!!
Great location with amazing views. Best accommodation to catch shows at the Masonic Auditorium!

The stay was okay, the doorman in my opinion was just discriminating us, asked all others to leave cars as is but for us he made us get back in the car and park it in a place suitable for him. Furthermore till the end of stay not once did he open the car door when we got to the hotel whereas he would open others doors. I had other doorman open the car door for me but not the guy who was there when we reached to hotel. This killed the whole experience for us.
Cameron checked me in and he greeted me with a smile and fun banter like he was happy to see me. In addition, on the early morning that I checked out, the front desk gentleman (cannot recall his name but please see who was on the night shift) went out of his way to help me with a postcard for my daughter. I NEVER had anyone so nice at a hotel before and shame on me for not remembering his name (but I would remember his face). Realy REALLY nice of hime especially at the early hour. You have a great staff working for you, it makes a difference.
