Pleasant, easy check in/out, but unfortunate that there is no longer a hot tub.
We stayed for one night following the Jets game. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the location is very central allowing us to walk through the walkway system to the Jets game. The following morning I could also meet with my lawyer by using the walkway system. Checkin and checkout were very efficient . The only reason I scored it 9 out of 10 is because the room rates always take quite a jump when the Jets are in town. While I get it, it’s still annoying.

Everything went well. The valet parking was a bit of a mess. A lot of cars maybe not enough staffing ?
WE booked the gold level as we often do with Fairmont properties. I cannot say enough good things about the gold lounge and in particular the staff. The food was amazing and the staff were simply wonderful, kind and accommodating. The hotel is in dire need of updating. The lobby has tacky decor with fake flowers and is very dark and unwelcoming. Every staff member we encountered were amazing, so the condition of the hotel is separate from our staff experience. For a gold floor room at an increased price, I expected so much more from the Fairmont brand. To say our room was old, rundown and dated is an understatement. The stale smell of smoke was unbearable. The curtains were smelly and yellow. The carpet was ripped and stained. There was a lot of black mold all around the shower, which was really gross. Not the typical gold standard we have grown to expect from Fairmont.
We loved our stay…very clean nice rooms, pool was warm and wonderful, staff was accommodating had a crib set up upon arrival, all linens are nice, beds comfortable, will def stay again

Only problem encountered was the door knob of the closet falling off when we entered the room, reported to the front desk immediately so that they wouldn't think we were "reckless!"
